    Description: Read the Petition of William Price, 10 years of age, of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn; and of Thomas Foster 10 years of age, of the Kingdom of Ireland, convicted at the Old Bailey of stealing and sent to the Tender by Mr. Justice Bailey; but not received, the former on account of a rupture, the latter on account of the smallness of his stature; and subsequently submitted to the consideration of this committee. Resolved, that on account of their age they seem to be rather objects of the Philanthropic Society, who have more means of employing such Boys, than the Refuge possessed.
