2049. GEORGE KING was indicted for stealing, on the 10th of May, part of an opera-glass, value 6d.; and 1 padlock, value 6d.; the goods of John Lowe: and 6 handkerchiefs, value, 16s.; 9 yards of lace, value 1l.; 1 shawl; value 5s.; 36 buttons, value 2s.; and 12 yards of silk, value 1l.; the goods of John Lowe and another, his masters: and SARAH KING , for feloniously receiving the same, well knowing them to have been stolen; against the Statute, &c.; to which they both pleaded

GUILTY .— Transported for Seven Years.
