On the 1st of March I wasin Guildhall-yard                                                      ; I felt something behind me - I turned and a gentleman handed me my pocket-handkerchief, which he said the prisoner had taken, but I did not see it in the prisoner's possession.</p>               <p>                                                CHARLES                   KING                                                                                       . I saw the prisoner take the handkerchief from this gentleman's pocket; I took it from him and took him.</p>               <p>The prisoner put in a written Defence, expressing his contrition for the offence.</p>               <p>                                                      GUILTY            .
