The prisoner comes to my house with linen from the mangle; I lost a tea-spoon on the 26th of December - it had been used the night before, and I was informed that the prisoner came to my house that morning- she had left a basket of mangling; I gave notice to the pawnbrokers.</p>               <p>                                                JOSEPH                   HALL                                                                                       . I am shopman to a pawnbroker. The prisoner brought this spoon to pawn with me, on the 26th of December. about eleven o'clock in the morning - I stopped her from the information I had received.(Property produced and sworn to.)</p>               <p>                                                      GUILTY            .
