CHARLES CARNEGY , EDWARD WHITEMAN , GEORGE PRESTON , HENRY ERRINGTON , JOHN WILSON , JAMES HUDSON , WILLIAM FAULKNER , JAMES HENWRIGHT , MARY ANN KELLY , MARY ANN PLATT , JANE WINGFIELD , ELIZA DENHAM , and MARY JONES were severally and separately indicted for having in their possession forged Bank notes, knowing them to be forged .

The prisoners severally pleaded GUILTY .

Transported for Fourteen Years .

Before Mr. Recorder.

30. The same prisoners were again severally and separately indicted for disposing of and putting away forged Bank notes, with intent to defraud .

MR. REYNOLDS, on behalf of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England, declined offering any evidence.
