JOHN SWINNEY and CHARLOTTE PEARSON were indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 16th of February , two linen sheets, value 12 s. a cotton bed quilt, value 5 s. a copper tea kettle, value 5 s. a tin sauce pan, value 2 s. 6 d. and a flat iron, value 12 d. the goods of Patrick Mordant in a lodging room .
