RICHARD SHARPLESS and WILLIAM SAUNDERS were indicted for that they on the king's high way, on James Fitzpatrick , did make an assault, putting him in corporal fear and danger of his life, and stealing from his person six pieces of forest cloth, value 20 s. four pieces of scarlet cloth, value 20 s. four pieces of silk stocking, value 20 s. and twelve pieces of linen cloth, value 20 s. the property of the said James , April 28 . *
