It appear'd the Pistols were taken out of a Cart, and a Gentleman of the Horse Guards depos'd he bought 1 pair of the Prisoner for Half a Guinea. The Gunsmith's Mark, and my Lord's Crest, were erased out. The Prisoner said he bought them at his Shop for 9 s. and his Daughter and Servants made Oath they saw him pay the Money for them; whereupon he was                                     acquitted            .</p>            </div>
