It appeared, That the Woman was a Lodger in the House, and she hired Coe to carry the Goods away for her into Salisbury Court, which he did telling him, That she was afraid that her Goods would be seized by the Landlord: afterwards she told him, That she had a mind to sell it; then he went and fetch'd                                                          Benson, who bought it of her for 30 s.             Barnet did not deny the Fact, and said, That she was very sorry for it. Benson said, That he thought the Goods were honestly come by, and called divers to his Reputation. Coe said, That he did think that they were her own; he called some People to his Reputation.
