Urian Pulford of the Parish of Hackney , was indicted for feloniously stealing a Brown Gelding, value 6 l. from Henry Palmer on the 14th of May last. It appeared that the Prisoner took the Horse out of the Grounds, and rode away with it to Cannon-gate in Staffordshire. The Prisoner denied the Fact, and said that he did hire a Horse to go into Staffordshire at Blossoms Inn, but did not know it was the Prosecutor's. He not proving it, the Jury found him guilty .

He was a second time Indicted of a Trespass, for taking away a Copper from Joshua Powell . It appeared that he was his Servant , and took it away, selling it to one Mr. Pero in Houndsditch. He confest it before the Justice when taken. The Jury found him guilty a second time.
