It appearing by the Evidence, that the prisoners entered the House of prosecutor in the day time and took the Apparel            , but was pursued by a Neighbour, and Smith droped some of the Goods, and when they were Apprehended, the rest of the Goods found in Rose's Breeches, and the Evidence being very plain against them, they were both found                                     Guilty             of the Felony.</p>               <p>                                                                                                                     [Death.
