The Trials being over the Court proceeded to give Judgment, as followeth:

Mary Nash , John Panton Carbonel , B - J - , Joseph Barbamino , Elizabeth Still , Nathaniel Perkhurst , John Stone , Matthew Cornwall , Samuel Awdry , William Williams , alias Frost, Richard Jones , Hugh Leeson , Sarah Blandford , Mary Skip , Ann Yoxton , Sarah Wilmot , James Thomas . Francis Martin being convicted of Felony, crav'd the Benefit of the Statute: but a Record being produced, whereby it apear'd he had obtain'd that Benefit in a like Case of Felony, under the Name of Francis Cushaw , in February, 1712. It was deny'd him now, and he receiv'd Sentence of Death.
