1618. FRANCES HORTON was indicted for stealing, on the 25th of July , 1 necklace, value 5s., the goods of Thomas Goulden , from the person of Eliza Goulden .

ANN GOULDEN . I am the wife of Thomas Goulden ; we live near Vauxhall-bridge. My daughter Eliza went out with her brother about seven o'clock in the evening, and returned without her neclace.

THOMAS KING . I am a Policeman. I received information of this, ran down to Courtney and Page's, Pimlico, and heard the prisoner and another girl had been there two minutes before; I ran and overtook them, and found this necklace on the prisoner - she said it was her sister's, and her mother had sent her to pawn it.
