Charles Goodall and Sarah Justice , of St. Dunstan in the West , were indicted as Principals, and Sarah Coward as Accessary, for privately stealing one Silver Cup value 3 l. 5 s. one Leather Shooe 1 s. the Goods of John Beale , on the 6th of November last, at 11 at Night; it appear'd that Goodall and Justice, and one Yarwood went to the Prosecutors to buy a pair of Shooes . Yarwood swore, that Goodall unlock'd the Cupboard and took out the Cup, and carry'd it to Cowards: Upon the whole, the Jury found Goodall and Justice Guilty of privately stealing, and Coward as Accessary.
