Nicholas Bennet , of the Parish of St. James Westminster , was Indicted for secretly taking a Silver hilted Sword, from John Orford , on the 18th of December last . The Prosecutor said, He lost his Sword from his Side, and sometime after the Prisoner was taken, who confest he took it, and sold it to a Goldsmith: He had little to say for himself, the Jury likewise found him Guilty .
