The prisoner has been a parishioner of St. Sepulchre ever since the year 1809; she then applied for relief to our parish as the widow of Thomas Footman, with three children. She was allowed 5s. per week-in the course of that year she went into the workhouse. In October, 1814, she was delivered of an illegitimate child. She received relief from our parish until the 18th of January this year; we then found she was receiving money from Cripplegate parish. She told me her husband died in the year 1809.</p>
