Thomas Dickinson was indicted for feloniously stealing a Sorrel Gelding , the Goods of Robert Twyford , on the 13th of May last. It appear'd, that the Prosecutor lost his Gelding out of his Grounds, which was afterwards found in Grays-Inn-Lane, in the Possession of the Prisoner; whereupon he was Apprehended and Examin'd before a Magistrate, but giving no Account how he came by it, the Jury found him Guilty of the Indictment.
