<join result="offenceCrimeDate" targOrder="Y" targets="t17091207-3-off13 t17091207-3-cd11"/> last, of which he languish'd till the 6th of July following and then died, and Wells for aiding and assisting Jones in the said Murder </rs>. They were likewise Indicted for Murder upon the Coroners Inquest, It appearing that the Deceas'd died of the Wound given by Jones, mention'd in the former Tryal; and Wells assisting him in the same, the Jury found them both

It appear'd that the Prosecutor's House was broken open, and the Goods taken away; that afterwards, part of them was taken upon Owen, who prov'd that he bought them of Jones and Wells, and they giving no Account of their Property in the same, the Jury likewise found them
