<xptr type="pageFacsimile" doc="17081208003"/>B- J-, was Indicted for a Trespass and Contempt, against a late Act of Parliament, and some points of Law being offer'd by his Council, the Record will be removed the next term by Certiorari to the Court of Queens Bench, to be argued there.</p>
<p>The Tryals being over the Court proceeded to give Judgement as followeth.</p>
<p>Received Sentence of Death, 10.</p>
<p>Joseph Hatfield, John Filewood, John Weatherly, Mary Johnson, Thomas Williams, Sarah Faircloth, Ralph Malborn, Mary Salter, Mary Ingram. And Deborah Churchill, that was call'd to her former Sentence.</p>
<p>Sarah Faircloth pleaded her Belly, and was found quick with Child.</p>
<p>Burnt In the Hand 9.</p>
<p>Elizabeth Gray, James Butler, Ann Price, Mary Williams, Ann Lansdon, Mary Friend, Elizabeth Stanton, Mary Savage, John Callice.</p>
<p>To be Whipt Judith Hassard, Sarah Jones.</p>
<p>William Scot Fined for his Trespass 6l. 13s. 4d. and to give Security for his good Behaviour for 3 Months.</p> </div1></div0>
