Elizabeth Spellman and Stephen Swift , a little Boy , were Indicted for Felony and Burglary, for breaking the House of Francis Marshal , on the 6th of December last, and taking thence 9 Laced Pinners, a Callico Hood, and divers other Linnen . It appeared that Spellmen sold part of the Goods in Rosemary-lane, for which she was found Guilty to the value of 10 d. The Evidence not being sufficient to the Burglary, she was acquitted of that; and there being no Evidence against the Boy, he was acquitted .
