266. MANUEL LOPEZ MARTINEZ TEJADA (28), PLEADED GUILTY , for that he, in incurring a liability amounting to 20,000l. unlawfully did obtain credit by fraud and false pretences; also failing to discover to the trustee administering his estate all his property; also to embezzling an order for the payment of 461l. 11s. 5d., the property of His Majesty the King of Spain; also to stealing divers Spanish Bonds, for the payment of 443, 105l., and 121 orders for the payment of 1,851l. 6s. the property of His Majesty the King of Spain.
