485. JOHN MARKS was indicted for a libel: to which he

BODKIN, for the Prosecution, stated that this was the second prosecution for this libel; that the former person pleaded Guilty, undertaking to give up the name of the person by whom he was employed, and gave the name of the present defendant, who stated that he was only a middle person between the two, and was prepared to give up the name of the other.)— Judgment Respited.
