875. GEORGE OSBORNE was indicted for burglariously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Maria Benson, about the hour of eleven in the night of the 28th of Jan., at St. Matthew, Bethnal-green, with intent to steal, and stealing therein, 1 rug, value 2s.; 2 blankets, 5s.; 1 candlestick, 3d.; 1 sheet, 4s.; 5 weights, 1s.; 1 padlock, 1s. 6d.; and 1 smelling-bottle, 6d.; her goods; and that he had been before convicted of felony; to which he pleaded
GUILTY . Aged 20.— Transported for Ten Years.
