MARY MORRISON. I am the wife of James Morrison. A young man came to bring medicine to our lodger; I left him at the door while they came down - I thought I heard some person go along the passage; I went up, found the parlour door open, and the tea-tray gone - I believe the young man took it, and gave it to the prisoner.
NOT GUILTY .
