952. FREDERICK CAREY and FREDERICK GUY were indicted for stealing, on the 7th of April , 10 yards of calico, value 2s. , the goods of James Hendry .

JAMES HENDRY . I am a hosier , and live in Great Newport-street . On the 7th of April I lost ten yards of calico from inside the door; I did not miss it till it was brought back - our shop-mark is on it.

JOHN BOWRING . I saw the two prisoners near the door; I saw Guy take the calico, and give it to Carey - we went and took them with it.(Property produced and sworn to.)

The prisoners received excellent characters.

CAREY - GUILTY . Aged. 14.

GUY - GUILTY . Aged 11.

Whipped and Discharged.
