554. MARY CONROY was indicted for feloniously stealing, on the 9th of August , two linen window curtains, value 4s. two yards of check linen, value 2s. two flat irons, value 1s. 6d. a linen sheet, value 4s. and a brass candlestick, value 1s. the goods of Edward Fennel , in a lodging room.

The prosecutor was called on his recognizance, and not appearing, the prisoner was ACQUITTED .
