of steel knee-buckles, value 3 d. a knife, value 6 d. an iron key, value 2 d. and 2 s. in monies numbered , the property of James Kempe , Oct 15th .(The prosecutor was called, but not appearing, the Court ordered his recognizance to be estreated.)
