419. JOSEPH FARRINGDON was indicted for that he together with forty other persons and more, unlawfully, riotously, and tumultuously did assemble on the 8th of June , to the disturbance of the publick peace, and did begin to demolish and pull down the dwelling-house of Cornelius Murphy , against the form of the statute, &c.
(The counsel for the crown informed the court that they had no evidence to bring the charge home to the prisoner, except an accomplice in the crime.)
