CHARLES WHITTLE , CHARLES REAGIN , and JAMES TUFFNELL , were indicted for breaking and entering the dwelling house of Thomas Stansfield , on the 16th of July , about the hour of one in the night, and stealing five pair of worsted stockings, value 5 s. two silk handkerchiefs, value 2 s. a fusee handkerchief, value 1 s. a linen

shirt, value 1 s. a child's worsted jam, value 6 d. three pair of stays, value 2 s. and five pair of leather shoes, value 5 s. the property of the said Thomas, in his dwelling house .

All three acquitted .
