(M.) He was a second time indicted for stealing an iron stove grate, with a brass fender to the same, value 8 s. the property of Elizabeth Barlow , widow , March 16 . *
Elizabeth Barlow . I lost a stove grate from my door, about the 16th of March, and found it at Mary Hamilton 's the next day. How it came there I do not know.
Mary Hamilton . I bought this grate of the prisoner at the bar on the 16th of March, between four and five in the afternoon. He told me his name was John Thomas .
