365. (L.) Sarah Cobbey , spinster , was indicted for stealing one pair of silver buckles, val. 5 s. the property of Frederick Heaton , July 25 . ++

Frederick Heaton deposed, that he was a shoe-maker , and lived in Fleet-street ; that the prisoner came into his shop to buy a pair of shoes; that his silver buckles were missing out of a pair of shoes that were in the shop; that she was pursued by his apprentice, and brought back, and the buckles.

Richard Coleby , the apprentice, deposed, that he overtook her near Salisbury-court, and she delivered the buckles to him, and he brought her and them back to his master.
