Richard Tennard , of Islington , was indicted for feloniously stealing a Brown Mare, value 5 l. the Property of Henry Smith , the 13th of September last. The Prosecutor depos'd, that he lent the Prisoner the Mare, to ride 3 Miles, and he rode her up to London and sold her.

Christopher Thistlewood depos'd, that he bought the Mare of the Prisoner for 4 Guineas. The Fact being plainly prov'd, the Jury found him guilty of the Indictment. Death
