Samuel Johnson , alias Cabbage , was indicted for feloniously returning from Transportation . He being convicted of Felony, and order'd for Transportation, returned before the Expiration of 7 Years. He said in his Defence, that he had a Distemper of which he could not be cured without coming into England, which was the Cause of his returning. He was found guilty . Death .
