Charles Palmer , of Thistleworth , was indicted for breaking and entering the House of Sir John Smith , Bart. And taking thence 3 Coach glasses, value 6l. and 4 sears, 4l. on the 11th July last in the night . It appear'd that whilst

Sir John was at London, his Coach house was broke open, and the Goods gone. Simon Parsons depos'd, that the prisoner offer'd him the Goods; he apprehended him on Suspicion, and advertised the Goods: by which means Sir John found them again. Guilty .
