Robert Wilkinson , of Pancrass , was a 3d time indicted for assaulting William Ship on the Highway, and taking from him 2 Rings, value 20 s. and 4 s. in Money , on the 26th November last. William Ship depos'd, that between 5 and 6 in the evening, at Fig Lane end, the prisoner with Shaw and Burridge, since both Executed, took hold of his Horses Reins, clapt a Pistol to his Head, and rob'd him. The Prisoner said nothing in his Defence. Guilty .
