Samuel Cole , alias Valentine Newell , of St. Anns Westminster , was indicted for breaking the Shop of James Kingsbury in the night time, and stealing wearing Apparel to the value of 38 s. the 16th of July last. John Taylor deposed himself and the Prisoner did the robbery and sold the Goods to Mother Huffle. The Jury found him guilty of the Felony but acquitted him of the Burglary . Transportation .
