Mary Deal , of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields , was indicted for feloniously stealing 1 Callico Manteau Gown and Petticoat, value 30 s. 1 Shirt , 1 Porringer, and 1 Spoon, out of the Lodging Room of Phillip Ellis , in the Dwelling house of. - Fountaine . Mrs. Ellis swore she lost the Goods; and other Evidences made it plain the Prisoner stole them. She was found Guilty .
