Daniel Blunt , of the Parish of St. Paul Shadwell , was indicted for privately stealing a Silver Snuff-Box value 12 s. from the Person of Joseph Greenway , on the 28th of September last. Greenway swore, he took out his Snuff-box to oblige his Friend with a Pinch; afterwards put it into his Pocket, the Prisoner standing by him; and feeling again for his Box, miss'd it, upon which he went directly to the Prisoner, and took it out of his Coat Pocket. Another Evidence depos'd the same. The Prisoner said he took it from the Ground; but that appearing to be false, he was found Guilty of the Indictment.

[Death. See summary.]
