Marmaduke Barfleur , of the Parish of St. John Wapping, was indicted for stealing a Drugget Wastcoat, 2 Shirts, and other Goods , from John Forster , on the 22nd of March last. The Prosecutor swore, That, keeping a publick House , the Prisoner came to drink, and lay there, and next Morning went away with the Goods; a Week after which he was seen to go by; and being stopt, own'd the Fact. He was found Guilty to the value of 10 d.
