John Savil , William Tibbs , and Nath Windsor , of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields , were indicted for breaking the House of John Lee , on the 6th of November last in the Night-time, and stealing thence a Brass Kettle, a Sawce-pan , and 7 lib. of Cheese ; to which Indictment Savil pleaded Guilty ; but Tibbs and Windsor putting themselves upon their Trial, the first was found Guilty of Burglary, and the other acquitted .
