  Henry Anderson was indicted for feloniously stealing six Rugs, value 30 s. the Goods of   William Armstrong , on the 4th of June last. It appear'd, that the Prisoner was seen carrying the Goods in the Night, and was taken on Suspicion by the Watch. The Goods were prov'd to be the Prosecutor's, and the Prisoner producing no Proof of his Property in them, the Jury found him Guilty of Felony.
