Oshy Walton , of the Parish of St. Peters Cornhill , was indicted for privily stealing 10 Yards of Muslin, valued 50 s. out of the Shop of James Coe , on the 7th of August last. The Evidence depos'd, that the Prisoner came into the Shop pretending to cheapen Muslin, and after she was gone, the Goods were miss'd, whereupon she was pursu'd, and they were found upon her. She had little to say, and no Evidence to her Reputation, so was found guilty of the Indictment.
