Mary Bland , of St. Buttolph without Aldgate , was indicted for feloniously stealing and breaking the House of Jeremiah Bentham , and taking from thence one Gold Net-Scarf value 7 l. and 1 l. 7 s. 6 d. in Money , on the 16th of November last; it appear'd, that the Prisoner was a Servant in the House, and that she broke a Sash and took the Goods; she did not deny it upon her Tryal, but said she had the Good, but did not design to keep them; the Jury found her Guilty of Felony.
