Josiah Wilson , of St. Martins in the Fields , was indicted for privately stealing a Gold Watch, value 10 l. the Goods of John Booth , on the 2d Instant. It appear'd that the Prisoner was observ'd to stand by the Prosecutor's Shop, and was seen to break the Show-Glass , and to take the Watch from thence; but being pursued, he threw it from him. The Fact being plain, and the Prisoner being an Old Offender, the Jury found him guilty of the Indictment.

[Death. See summary.]
