John Pope , Cornelius Pope and Jacob Jewman , were all three Indicted for feloniously Stealing 3 pitch Forks value 2 s. 6 d. the Goods of John Williams , on the 5th of July last. But the Evidence not proving the Fact upon the Prisoners, they were acquitted .
