Robert Whykes and Ester Wiles , of St. Mary Aldermary , were both Indicted for feloniously Stealing a Ream of Writing-Paper, value 7 s. the Goods of Edward Brownsword , on the 4th Instant. It appear'd that the Prosecutor being gone to Church, and leaving Easter Wiles at home, in Sermon-time she let the other Prisoner in and gave him the Goods, which were taken upon him as he was going off with them. The Prisoners saying little in their Defence, the Jury found them both Guilty to the value of 10 d.
