James Batten , of St. Giles's in the Fields , was Indicted for feloniously stealing a pair of flaxen Sheets, a Blanket, 2 Feather Pillows and 40 pound of Feathers , the Goods of Samuel Brockburn , on the 27th of August last. But it not appearing that the Prisoner committed the Fact, the Jury acquitted him.
