Mary Royly , of St. Anns Westminster , was Indicted for privately stealing 3 Shirts, the Goods of Robert Herring , on the 26th of November last. It appear'd that the Prisoner, came to the Prosecutor's Shop, and there being only a little Child there, she amus'd it, by asking to hear her Read, and in the mean time took the Goods, which were found upon her as she was going off. The Jury found her guilty to the value of 10 d.
