Rebecca Corin, alias Marshal , of the Parish of Eling , Spinster , was Indicted for feloniously stealing 3 Turkies value 4 s. 6 d. the Goods of Mary Dod on the 27th of September last. It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Prosecutor lost his Turkies, which were afterwards found upon the Prisoner; who giving no Account how she came by them, the Jury found her Guilty to the value of 10 d.
