John Waters , of St. Andrews Holbourn , was Indicted for privately Stealing 25 Yards of strip'd Flannel, the Goods of Joseph Lacy . The Prosecutor depos'd; That being in a Room adjoyning to his Shop, he was alarm'd by a Cry in the Street, that the Prisoner had stol'n his Goods ; at which, he run out and found the Prisoner with the Goods upon him, the Jury found him Guilty of Felony.
